Celebrating the fifty-year mark of a magnificent career—from the rock group Octobre to his solo work today—Pierre Flynn continues his musical journey with the Sur ma route tour. The critically acclaimed solo show garnered four nominations at the 2024 ADISQ awards, including for show of the year.
Last March, the legendary singer-songwriter was invited by Quebec City’s Palais Montcalm to perform his
50 ans en cavale show accompanied by a string quartet. The performance was revelatory, offering audiences and Flynn himself a new and deeper perspective on his rich repertoire of songs, all showcased in the majestic setting of the Palais.
Following the success of that sold-out performance, which was later repeated at Place des Arts’ Cinquième Salle during Montreal’s Francofolies, Flynn continues to recreate the musical event on select occasions.
